About this recipe:
Brown crab is dressed with lime juice, chilli and fresh coriander and served on toasted ciabatta bread for a quick and healthy snack and a lovely starter.
1 pack Seafood & Eat It® Brown Crab
1 lime, juiced
1 red chilli, finely sliced
salt to taste
small bunch fresh coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ciabatta loaf, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
- Combine the crab meat with lime, chili, salt, coriander, and a little olive oil.
- Toast the ciabatta on a griddle, cut some slices into one side of the bread and rub the garlic into it.
- Drizzle with remaining olive oil, spread with the crab mixture and serve.
