About this recipe: Brown crab is dressed with lime juice, chilli and fresh coriander and served on toasted ciabatta bread for a quick and healthy snack and a lovely starter.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 pack Seafood & Eat It® Brown Crab
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • salt to taste
  • small bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ciabatta loaf, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  1. Combine the crab meat with lime, chili, salt, coriander, and a little olive oil.
  2. Toast the ciabatta on a griddle, cut some slices into one side of the bread and rub the garlic into it.
  3. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, spread with the crab mixture and serve.
