    About this recipe: Your 5 a day smoothie is right here! Four fruits and yoghurt are blended together for a healthy fruit smoothie.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 banana, chopped
    • 7 blueberries
    • 5 strawberries, sliced
    • 6 raspberries
    • 6 1/2 tablespoons natural yoghurt

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:8min  ›  Extra time:4min soaking  ›  Ready in:22min 

    1. Chop a banana and place it into a bowl. Place the all the blueberries into the same bowl. Slice your strawberries and place them into the bowl too.
    2. Put the natural yoghurt into the bowl and mix it with a blender.
