Green stir fry

    This is a delicious stir fry which is easy to make! Chicken breast fillets combine with spinach and peas, noodles and black bean sauce.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 chicken breast fillets, diced
    • oil
    • 165g peas
    • 30g spinach
    • black bean sauce to taste
    • 150g noodles

    1. Cut up the chicken breasts and cook in a frying pan with a little oil.
    2. After 10 minutes, cook the peas and spinach in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes.
    3. Drain the peas and spinach then add them to the chicken with black bean sauce to cook for a further 5 minutes.
    4. While that is cooking, add the noodles into a saucepan with 250ml of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.
    5. Mix the noodles with the chicken and veg and serve.


    If you wish to make a vegetarian dish, you can always make this dish without the chicken!
