Can be used for French toast for a decadent Sunday brunch. Just soak in an egg and milk mixture as for normal French toast and serve with bacon and maple syrup. Yummy.

It is lovely, Used bananas that had seen better days. Spelt Flour instead of the plain flour and Potato flour instead of the corn. plus I used some mixed peel instead of the lemon zest. - 20 Apr 2014
