Because Mother's Day was last weekend, I decided to make this recipe for my fiancee's mum. It is her favourite recipe. And this is the result. I even got a slice!

hi I tried this tart as I loved it at school and it was lovely but just did not taste the same as school so I made it again adding half a tin of condensed milk into the chocolate mix and I now call it the missing ingredient . just adding it made it lush and gave it the right texture that I remember from the school day going back to the early 1980,s so good luck great recipes with that little added extra  -  30 May 2014
