Smoked mackerel pate

About this recipe:
Simple tasty starter. Serve with warm French bread and try your best not to eat the whole lot in one go !!!
3 or 4 smoked peppered mackerel fillets
200g P® soft cream cheese (full fat)
150ml Greek style yoghurt (full fat)
1 lemon, juiced
1 dash Tabasco® sauce
- Skin and check the fillets for any bones that haven't been removed.
- Place everything in a food processor and blitz until smoothish.
- Transfer to serving or storage bowl and serve or chill in fridge. Keeps for a good few days.
