In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with cucumber and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir well. Spread half of the mixture evenly into small serving glasses.
Add the mint leaves to the remaining mixture and stir. Evenly distribute between the glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
