    Makes: 2 large glasses

    • 15 strawberries, hulled
    • 2 bananas, peeled
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 125ml milk

    1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
