In a bowl combine the diced apples with lemon juice. Add a layer to the bottom of four serving glasses. Top with some chopped grapefruit.
Combine the remaining apples and grapefruit with the prawns. Fill the glasses with the mixture till 3/4 full. Cover glasses with cling film and chill in refrigerator before serving.
