Cinnamon pear smoothie

    A sweet smoothie with the autumn flavours of ripe pear and cinnamon. Add a little nutmeg and ground cloves, too, for even more flavour.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 3 pears - peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 125ml milk
    • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
