    Ripe apricots, even those that you think are near past their prime, are put to delicious use in this fruity smoothie.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 to 6 ripe apricots, stones removed and cut into pieces
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 125ml milk

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
