These crisps fit with the slimming world food optimising plan which was recommended to me by a friend. They're just par-boiled pasta sheets, baked with seasoning. So simple, but so good =). Paprika, salt and pepper and garlic seem to be good seasonings that I've tried so far. Using different coloured pasta sheets could also be fun, such as using green lasagne for Halloween crisps.
Using more lasagne sheets (obviously) means more crisps. One baking sheet seems to hold 3 lasagne sheets nicely and makes about a packets worth of crisps.

Great recipe, easy and quick to do with great results. I cut the lasagne sheets in half and then into triangles and used Dunns River all purpose seasoning on them. - 04 May 2014
