    About this recipe: Winter citrus whipped into a smoothie that's perfect for a dose of much-needed vitamin C during the colder months!

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 large glasses

    • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
    • 2 grapefruits, peeled and chopped
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 120ml milk

    Method

    1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
