About this recipe: If you like tangy blend of flavours, this smoothie is for you! Use Granny Smith apples for tartness, but of course you can use any apples that you like!


Makes: 2 large glasses

  • 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 250g natural yoghurt
  • 120ml milk

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
