Apple and kiwi fruit smoothie

    If you like tangy blend of flavours, this smoothie is for you! Use Granny Smith apples for tartness, but of course you can use any apples that you like!

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 large glasses

    • 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into pieces
    • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 120ml milk

    Method

    1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
