Banana apple smoothie


    Kids will love this smoothie! Sweet, refreshing and full of vitamins, it can be prepared throughout the year.

    Makes: 2 tall glasses

    • 2 apples - cored, peeled and chopped
    • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 120ml milk

    1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
