    About this recipe: If you want to indulge in a vanilla milkshake but are trying to stay healthy, this is your next best option! If you use frozen banana chunks, it tastes even more like a creamy milkshake.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 large glasses

    • 3 bananas, peeled and chopped
    • 2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 120ml milk

    Method

    1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve.

    Really horrible... all you can taste is the banana and the cream, which isn't really nice. I would definitely not make this again. Even if you put more vanilla extract in, it's still bad. Creamy? Yes. Tasty? No. - 01 May 2016
