Plum smoothie

    When plum season arrives, this is a fresh and refreshing way to enjoy them. Also try adding a dash of cinnamon for a nice, tasty twist.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 large glasses

    • 4 plums - stones removed, peeled and chopped
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 120ml milk

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve.
