Amazing with a glass of milk!
Very good. Nice, light and fluffy with a crisp shell. I used butter instead of oil but had to add a bit extra because the dough was very thick. The mixture did not spread too much but had a very good rise. I doubled the recipe, (the more the merrier!) and managed to make 16 cookies. Very good type of cookie for a chocoholic, I'd definitely use this again - 06 Feb 2016
