This turned out really well, better than I expected. Very light and airy, not dense like some other fruit based cakes. I did tweak it a bit, I used 170g plain flour and 20g cornflour. Highly praised by Mr Cakeaholic too! - 11 Apr 2014
Yummy recipe! Added 25g of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of cinnamon and baked for 45mins on 160 C (fan assisted oven). It came out very light and moist. Will definitely be baking this again! - 06 Feb 2016
