Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Butter a baking tray or line with baking parchment.
Stir together the oats, flour, dark soft brown sugar and baking powder. Stir in the raisins and the dessicated coconut. Pour in the honey and melted butter and stir until combined. Press into a 20x20cm square in the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven until crisp, about 16 minutes. Cool completely; cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
