This recipe comes to me from my best friend, Marie. She cooks like a chef, and is always a source of inspiration. The sauce goes well with pork or chicken.
Whisk together the ketchup, mustard, olive oil, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper in a shallow baking dish. Add the pork chops, turning to coat with the sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat a barbecue for medium high heat.
Barbecue the pork chops until no longer pink in the centre, and juices run clear, about 4 minutes each side.
