Barbecued pork chops

    This recipe comes to me from my best friend, Marie. She cooks like a chef, and is always a source of inspiration. The sauce goes well with pork or chicken.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 3 tablespoons ketchup
    • 3 tablespoons mustard
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
    • salt and ground black pepper
    • 4 pork chops

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:8min  ›  Extra time:10min marinating  ›  Ready in:23min 

    1. Whisk together the ketchup, mustard, olive oil, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper in a shallow baking dish. Add the pork chops, turning to coat with the sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
    2. Preheat a barbecue for medium high heat.
    3. Barbecue the pork chops until no longer pink in the centre, and juices run clear, about 4 minutes each side.
