About this recipe: I found a farmer who raises organic pork in the countryside and the pork is delicious. It needs no more than salt and pepper to bring out its flavour.


Serves: 4 

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • salt and ground black pepper

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium high heat in a frying pan large enough to fit the pork chops.
  2. Season the chops with salt and pepper, and fry until the chops are well browned on the outside and juices run clear, about 5 minutes each side depending on thickness.
