About this recipe: I always keep frozen raspberries in my freezer. This sauce can be made in under ten minutes, and is delicious over ice cream or cakes. Consider leaving a few raspberries whole for decoration.

    Serves: 6

    • 300g frozen raspberries
    • 1 tablespoon caster sugar

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Ready in:7min

    1. Thaw the raspberries for 2 minutes in a microwave. Place in a blender, and blend until smooth.
    2. Press the sauce through a sieve using a wooden spoon. Stir in the caster sugar.

Very easy and delicious. A little goes a long way. I served it with a vanilla cheesecake and a few fresh raspberries. Will definitely use this recipe again. - 30 Oct 2014
