Just made these and they are so easy to make. I did use most milk chocolate instead of plain (didn't have any plain left) so used dark brown sugar to give the richness. I also used white chocolate chunks as I had no nuts. It was a last minute dissection to make the brownies so just improvised with what I had. Will make them as per recipe at some point. - 13 Oct 2016
The mixture was so thick I was afraid I'd made a mistake or these were going to be terrible, but lo and behold they were absolutely fantastic, the finished batter/dough has a non-stick consistency that makes putting it into cupcake liners very easy! Will certainly use this again. - 07 May 2016
