2 tuna steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Heat olive oil over high heat in a nonstick frying pan.
Sprinkle tops of tuna steaks with a dash of olive oil and sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange in frying pan, seasoned side down; season other side.
Sear for 2 to 4 minutes.
Turn over and and sear the other side for 2 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and eat immediately. The centres should still be pink and almost raw.
