Spinach salad with Roquefort and walnuts

About this recipe: This salad is super simple to make and has great flavour. Spinach, walnuts and Roquefort cheese with a light lemony vinaigrette.


Serves: 4 

  • 200g fresh spinach leaves
  • 100g chopped walnuts
  • 100g crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • a pinch of salt

  1. Put spinach in a bowl. Add the chopped walnuts and crumbled cheese.
  2. In a small bowl mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Pour over salad and toss to mix.
