2 tablespoons plain flour

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease muffin tins or line with paper cases.
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring. Remove from heat and add flour, then baking powder. Add egg yolks and sugar and mix well, until mixture has the consistency of a smooth paste.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into mixture and mix well.
Fill each case 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
