    When it is hot, and you'd like something quick and nutritious, here is an ultra-easy recipe, made in 5 minutes, that offers a different flavour.

    Serves: 1 

    • 250ml orange juice
    • 1 banana
    • 1 handful frozen berries
    • 200g silken style tofu
    • dark brown soft sugar, optional

    1. Pour the orange juice, banana, frozen berries and tofu into the jar of an electric blender and mix until smooth and creamy, a couple of minutes.
    2. You can add 1 or 2 teaspoons of dark brown soft sugar if the smoothie is not sweet enough for your taste.
    3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

    Other ideas

    Place a round of orange on the rim of the glass as a garnish.
