Cereal with blueberries and linseeds

    Since I discovered linseeds, also called flaxseed, I put it in everything! I tried it in my cereal and really like the slightly nutty taste. It's a good way to start the day.

    Serves: 1 

    • 4 tablespoons cereal (corn flakes or other)
    • 100ml unsweetened vanilla flavoured soya milk
    • 75g blueberries
    • 1 tablespoon ground linseeds (flaxseed)

    1. Pour the cereal in a large bowl, and pour in the soya milk. Sprinkle with the blueberries and ground flaxseed. Serve immediately.
