Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the chicken breast fillets until golden, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the onions, and cook until the onions are transparent, about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, and cook and stir until the juices of the chicken run clear, about 5 minutes more.
Toss in the petits pois and stir just to heat the peas through. Season with salt and pepper; serve immediately.
