1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
250g beef steak fillet, sliced
1 carrot, coarsely grated
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (2.5cm) root ginger, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
250g fresh egg noodles
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced beef and cook for 3 minutes then add carrot, pepper and tomato and stir together. Stir in ginger, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and five spice and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Cook noodles according to packet directions.
Mix in noodles, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
