    An easy and quick cake ​​with fruit flavoured yoghurt, a variation on natural yoghurt cake. Always a hit with children!

    Serves: 8 

    • 125g fruit flavoured yoghurt of your choice
    • 2 eggs
    • 250g plain flour
    • 60ml sunflower or rapeseed oil
    • 3 teaspoons baking powder
    • 125g caster sugar

    1. In a bowl combine the yoghurt, flour, sugar and oil and mix, then add eggs and baking powder and stir till smooth.
    2. Preheat oven to 150 C / Gas 2. Grease a loaf pan.
    3. Tip mixture into loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
