1 (400g) tin pitted black olives, drained
1 carrot, peeled and sliced into rounds
12 Laughing Cow® cheese triangles
rounds of white bread, crust removed

Cut black olives lengthways and fill with Laughing Cow® cheese.
Slice the carrot. Cut a triangle shape out of each slice and use that triangle for the noses. Use the remaining carrot slice for the feet.
Using toothpicks attach two carrot feet to a cheese-stuffed olive. Place a second olive on each and make a small slit in the middle of it, then insert a carrot nose into the slit. Attach the head to the body with a toothpick.
Place penguins on rounds of white bread and serve.
