Cheese-stuffed olive penguins

    These penguins on ice are a savoury fun snack for adults and children alike.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 (400g) tin pitted black olives, drained
    • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced into rounds
    • 12 Laughing Cow® cheese triangles
    • 20 toothpicks
    • rounds of white bread, crust removed

    1. Cut black olives lengthways and fill with Laughing Cow® cheese.
    2. Slice the carrot. Cut a triangle shape out of each slice and use that triangle for the noses. Use the remaining carrot slice for the feet.
    3. Using toothpicks attach two carrot feet to a cheese-stuffed olive. Place a second olive on each and make a small slit in the middle of it, then insert a carrot nose into the slit. Attach the head to the body with a toothpick.
    4. Place penguins on rounds of white bread and serve.
