Place the evaporated milk into a bowl and beat at medium speed until it starts to go stiff. Slowly add the sugar until the mixture goes a lovely mocha colour and goes stiff for roughly 10 minutes in total.
Pour into the flan case. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until cold. Serve with fresh cream to taste.
