Ingredients

1 piece palm sugar or jaggery
150ml water
5 tablespoons plain flour
a little oil
Method Prep:15min › Cook:10min › Ready in:25min
In a large bowl soak sugar in warm water for 30 minutes to dissolve and melt.
Add flour and stir till smooth.
Heat oil in a medium frying pan; when hot, pour in a ladleful of pancake batter. When top is set, flip the pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
