This simple onion jam is a little bit sweet, a little bit acidic, and melts in the mouth. It's perfect on pizzas, in tarts or as a condiment on burgers or sandwiches.

    3. Seal in a sterilised jar, or simply place in a covered jar and store in the fridge.

Turned out lovely and sweet, but not really a jam. Just more like fried sweet onions. But I'd say it would still be nice on burgers or with cheese and crackers  -  20 Mar 2018

So very tasty! Tried it as soon as it was made and I reckon the flavour will only get better with time!  -  06 Jul 2014
