Toasted sesame oil, ginger and a little soy sauce give this vinaigrette an Asian flair. Use this vinaigrette as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or as a salad dressing. Your salad can be as simple as grated carrot and cucumber.
Whisk together the groundnut oil, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Whisk in the Dijon mustard, honey, root ginger, spring onion, sesame seeds and shallot, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
