About this recipe: A deliciously cold summer smoothie that provides a fruit portion, a good percentage of your daily calcium and is creamy but low in saturated fat. Can easily be adapted to your own taste and will serve 1 adult or 2 children! (Makes about 1 pint)
If you're not a fan of seeds in your smoothie, the mix can be strained before serving!
If you don't have sweetener you can substitute sugar, or a tablespoon of honey!
The raspberry yoghurt can be substituted for any other flavour. I personally think berry flavours work the best - strawberry, blueberry, cherry, cranberry - and I like vanilla.
Enjoyed this, but thought the fruit flavor was a bit weak, so I would increase the amount of fruit in the future (could just be a personal taste preference). Used frozen raspberries and blueberries and vanilla Greek yogurt. - 10 Mar 2015
