Tilapia fillets are delicately rolled up to encase a delicious cream cheese filling then baked to perfection in cream. A delicious prelude to a larger meal.

100g Philadelphia® cream cheese
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 tablespoon creamed horseradish
500g tilapia filets, halved lengthways
salt and pepper, to taste
250ml double cream

Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Combine the cream cheese, mustard and horseradish in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Lay the halved tilapia fillets on a work surface then spoon a little of the cream cheese mixture on top. Roll up each fillet and secure with a cocktail stick. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the cream to come halfway up the sides of the fish roll ups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the oven and serve.
