About this recipe: These delicious slices of honey glazed pork loin are tender, juicy and full of flavour. Serve with a crisp salad or some seasonal vegetables.


Serves: 6 

  • 6 slices pork loin
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 tablespoons runny honey
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 orange

  1. Preheat the BBQ to a medium-high temperature.
  2. Rub the slices of pork loin with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine honey, brandy, olive oil and orange juice and heat up but don't bring to the boil.
  4. Pour the glaze over the pork, place on the barbecue and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally.
