These BBQ dessert oranges are not the first thing that come to mind for most when thinking of a BBQ, yet they are utterly delicious and I am delighted to pass this recipe on. Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream or double cream.

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons butter
4 teaspoons icing sugar
Method Prep:5min › Cook:10min › Ready in:15min
Preheat the BBQ to a medium-high heat.
Wash the oranges and cut into 1.5cm thick slices. Sprinkle each slice with cinnamon and sugar, and place on a sheet of tin foil. Top with a little butter. Cover with foil and barbecue for 5 minutes on each side (taking care not to burn). Remove from the heat and serve.
