Smoked salmon, alfalfa and cheese wrap

    Eat this wrap with baby carrots on the side and then fresh fruit for dessert, so I take care of my 5 fruits and veg for the day.

    Makes: 1 wrap

    • 1 wholemeal tortilla or wrap
    • 2 slices smoked salmon
    • 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
    • 3 tablespoons grated Edam cheese


    1. Lay wrap on a flat surface. In the centre place salmon, sprouts and cheese.
    2. Roll the wrap in on itself and secure with a wooden toothpick.
