Makes: 1 bowl of yoghurt

  • 125g homemade or natural yoghurt
  • 50g fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (linseed)

  1. Spoon yoghurt into large bowl. Add blueberries and sprinkle with flaxseed. Lastly, drizzle with honey. Stir all together before taking the first bite!
