About this recipe: Prized golden mirabelle plums make a wonderful crumble. You can of course use any type of plum here, but if you've found mirabelles - try this! This crumble is also healthier and lower in sugar than most.

  • 500g stoned mirabelle plums
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 40g wholemeal flour
