About this recipe: A simple yet delicious dish of steamed cod in a parcel, flavoured with coconut milk and spring onions. Serve with freshly steamed jasmine rice and stir fried veg.
If you want to make this more of a Thai-inspired dish, add some Thai basil leaves and a few dashes of fish sauce. You could even mix in a bit of your favourite Thai curry paste to the coconut milk before adding to the fish.
