Ingredients
Serves: 4
100ml milk
100ml grapeseed oil
salt to taste
250g tapioca flour
100g grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Bring the milk and the oil to the boil, adding a pinch of salt.
Add all the tapioca flour all at once in the pan and mix well. Stir constantly until the dough forms a a ball that pulls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add the cheese and the egg and beat the dough until smooth.
With greased hands, take small pieces of dough and form balls the size of a golf ball. Place on a greased and floured baking tray.
Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
