Sweet grapes pair beautifully with pan fried chicken in a creamy white wine sauce. Lovely served with rice and veg.

500g chicken breast pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
120ml white wine
100g seedless green or light purple grapes, halved
salt and pepper to taste
fresh herbs, such as thyme and parsley, chopped

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat; add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of flour. Season with salt and pepper; stir in cream and cook until the sauce begins to simmer. Add wine and grapes; stir well and cook for a few more minutes until grapes warm through.
Remove from the heat and let stand, covered, for a minute. Sprinkle freshly chopped herbs on top and serve.
