200ml single cream
150g Gorgonzola cheese, cubed
250g ricotta cheese

Put gelatine leaves in a small bowl of cold water to soak.
In a medium saucepan, bring cream to the boil. Once boiling remove from heat quickly and add softened gelatine, cubed Gorgonzola and ricotta. Whisk until smooth and put over low heat for a few minutes, stirring, to remove lumps.
Pour evenly into 6 glasses. Cover with cling film and put in fridge to chill and set for at least 6 hours.
