Radish and egg salad

    A simple egg salad with hard boiled eggs and crunchy radishes.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 bunch radishes
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 bunch parsley
    • 2 tablespoons soured cream
    • salt to taste

    1. Wash radishes and dab dry with paper towel. Slice thinly.
    2. Boil eggs in a pan of water for 7 to 10 minutes. Rinse under cold running water and peel immediately.
    3. Slice eggs and add to the radish in a bowl. Mix gently and add parsley and soured cream. Season with salt to taste.
