I wonder if there is a mistake in the amount of milk (600ml) and plain flour (360g) as the mixture came out of my bread machine like a thick batter and I had to add a lot more flour to it to try and save it. We ended up with 12 huge hot cross buns, but they were good. - 25 Mar 2016
